Golf Trail Card

• Certain restrictions may apply depending on the time of year and course selected.
• Participating courses and membership benefits are subject to change.
• The 2027 Golf Trail Card is valid through December 31, 2027.
• The 2027 Snowbird Membership is valid for play from November 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027.
• Membership benefits are subject to course availability and any applicable booking restrictions, blackout dates or additional fees.

Membership Use

• Each Golf Trail Card is issued to one (1) individual and is non-transferable.
• Memberships may not be loaned, shared with family members or guests or used by anyone other than the registered member.
• Participating courses may require a valid photo ID matching the name on the membership before honoring benefits.
• Misuse of a membership, including use by an unauthorized person, may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.
• Members who make starting times and fail to notify the course of a cancellation or reduction in the number of players may have their membership privileges revoked without a refund.
• Members are responsible for following the rules, policies and dress codes of each participating course.

Birthday Benefit

Members who provide their birthday may be eligible to receive a complimentary birthday round. The birthday benefit is subject to participating-course availability and any applicable restrictions or fees.

Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile number and opt in to our Text Club, you agree to receive recurring promotional and informational text messages from Golf Trail Membership at the number provided, including special offers, coupons and program updates.

• Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing a membership or any other goods or services.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• You must be the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you provide.
• You are responsible for notifying us if your mobile number changes or is no longer yours.
• Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Program Changes

Golf Trail Membership reserves the right to modify participating courses, benefits, restrictions or program terms when reasonably necessary. Any material changes will be communicated to members or posted on the Golf Trail Membership website.

Cancellation and Refunds

Membership fees are nonrefundable except where otherwise required by law. A membership may be suspended or canceled without a refund if the member violates these terms or misuses program benefits.
